When is Shamrock Fest? The Shamrock Fest takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2009 from 1 pm - 9 pm. It is an all-day festival.

What do I do if I am having trouble printing my ticket? Go to the ticketing page (click here) then click on the <Reissue> button. Enter your transaction ID & pin. If you are still having issues, call ClicknPrint at: 877-77-CLICK for assistance.

What does "rain or shine" mean? It means that the event will go on regardless of the weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, etc.). In past years celebrants have had a great time partying in all conditions..

What does VIP Include? The VIP experience includes everything listed on the home page. This year, we have made some VIP upgrades. We have enlargeed the VIP areas. VIPs now have great viewing of many of the major bands stages without having to leave the VIP areas.  We have also added food vendors and even MORE entertainment stages inside the VIP Areas (food is not included in the VIP ticket price).  So now the ShamrockFest VIP experience has got it all! NOTE: All beer is free for VIPs while inside the VIP areas.  VIPs will not be allowed to take beer out of the VIP Areas.

Do I have to be 21 to enter? ShamrockFest is for all ages with many activities for all - kids & adults. However, you must be 21 to purchase or consume alcohol. You also must be 21 to enter the VIP areas.

Can I bring my own food and/or beverages? No food or beverages will be permitted to be brought into or out of the events.

How do I purchase food & drink at the event? 1) In the main event area you may purchase beer tickets which can then be purchased for beer only and food is purchased with cash only from the various food vendors. 2) In the VIP area beer is provided for free inside the VIP areas only and food may be purchased with cash only from the various food vendors. (There are no refunds on the beer tickets under any circumstances)

Can I bring my pet? Sorry pets are not permitted unless necessary for our disabled guests.

How long is the beer served? The street beer booths are scheduled to start at 1 pm and end at 7 pm, but the event reserves the right to discontinue service, at any time, to any person or persons (The beer service ending time may be extended, or cut shorter, based on the discretion of the authorities).

Once I have checked into the festival can I leave then re-enter? There is no re-entry to the festival after you exit.

What are the security policies? To ensure the best possible guest experience during this event, please observe the following:

  1. Glass, plastic, food, drinks , weapons and illegal substances prohibited
  2. Bags and purses will be searched.
  3. Disruptions may result in ejection
  4. No re-entry
  5. Your Cooperation is appreciated.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
  1. Metal, plastic, glass containers of any kind
  2. Backpacks and large bags
  3. Food and beverages
  4. Weapons and Illegal substances

Notice: RFK Stadium, ShamrockFest Staff or Security Personnel are not allowed to hold or check any items not allowed into the stadium.

What is SCAN? SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the well-being of children, improve parent-child relations and prevent child abuse and neglect by:

Educating the community about the scope, nature and consequences of child abuse and neglect and the importance of positive, nurturing parenting;

Providing direct parent education; and

Advocating for children in the community, the legislature and the courts.
