Dave has been DJing and promoting events for over 20 years. He started off throwing his own events in the City of Hartford CT. Over the years he has expanded his event offerings, and DJ activities by accepting residencies and guest spots in nightclubs nationwide. In 1991 he established Dave Russell Promotions an independent chart reporting service that catered to over 90 major and independent dance music labels and news publications across the country.
